What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving your team’s sales performance and ensuring a seamless, high-energy selling environment.
- Sales Revenue & Pipeline Management: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing strategic action plans. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Property Consultants and Assistant Sales Managers to maximize their sales potential and professional growth.
- Regular Client Engagement: Conduct regular site visits, project orientations, and trippings to ensure client satisfaction and stronger deal closing rates.
- Learning & Development: Continuously enhance your own skills by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations.
- Market Monitoring: Stay informed about competitors—pricing, new product launches, sales techniques, and marketing strategies—to keep your team sharp and competitive.

Who We Are Looking For
- Graduate of a 4-year college course
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about mentoring a sales team
- Skilled in platform/presentation selling and closing deals
- Registered Real Estate Salesperson under the real estate board (required)
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, training, and team management, with a proven track record of success
