What You’ll Do

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving your team’s sales performance and ensuring a seamless, high-energy selling environment.

  • Sales Revenue & Pipeline Management: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing strategic action plans. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Property Consultants and Assistant Sales Managers to maximize their sales potential and professional growth.
  • Regular Client Engagement: Conduct regular site visits, project orientations, and trippings to ensure client satisfaction and stronger deal closing rates.
  • Learning & Development: Continuously enhance your own skills by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay informed about competitors—pricing, new product launches, sales techniques, and marketing strategies—to keep your team sharp and competitive.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Graduate of a 4-year college course
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about mentoring a sales team
  • Skilled in platform/presentation selling and closing deals
  • Registered Real Estate Salesperson under the real estate board (required)
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, training, and team management, with a proven track record of success
