Position Summary: Responsible for the nationwide monitoring and quality checking of BAU/CM WORKS documentation.
Organizational Setting:
Reports to : Supervisors
Coordinates with: Team, Manager, Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the nationwide monitoring and quality checking of BAU/CM WORKS documentation for ACU and Genset related services.
2. Ensures 100% documentation monitoring of done BAU / CM works, provides weekly report, checks quality works.
3. Records and update monitoring and assures 100% billing of services.
4. Regular coordination with client and close coordination with supervisors and staff.
5. Prepares project quotation through odoo and salesforce system.
6. Assures 100% compliance of inputting all services to salesforce, odoo and BPI Maximo system.
7. Support nationwide operations to achieve the 100% sales target.
8. Reviewing of Electrical Plans and Relevant Documentation
9. Making Cost Estimation of Materials and Labor for the Projects
10. Prepares BOQ/BOM
11. Coordinates with different Electrical Suppliers for canvassing of Materials.
12. Prepare Electrical Plans (Schedule of Loads, Single Line Diagram, Riser Diagram)
Kualifikasi Minimum
Position specifications:
1. Must be knowledgeable on the principles of administration, documentation, communication, customer satisfaction and management.
2. Must demonstrate skills on problem solving, decision making and judgment, critical thinking, time management, verbal and written communication and leadership.
3. Has the technical knowledge and skills on equipment and products used.
4. Proficient in basic computer applications.
Position Requirements:
Education: Engineering Graduate (Civil)
Experience: At least one (1) year working experience of the same capacity or background.
