- Research and identify potential business clients that may require translation, localization, interpretation, or related language services
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, professional networks, and other appropriate sales channels
- Develop personalized outreach messages based on the prospect's industry, business needs, and potential language requirements
- Identify relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients
- Understand the prospect's business, language requirements, challenges, budget, and timelines
- Present Elite Translations' services and value proposition clearly and professionally
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations
- Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role
- Proven experience with prospecting and cold outreach
- Experience conducting sales calls and meetings
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
