Junior Marketing Associate  

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Manage and update the company's social media platforms and website content.
• Coordinate content creation, including graphics, videos, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
• Support the development of marketing strategies to promote Elite Translations' language solutions and services.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, trade shows, networking activities, and webinars.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing projects.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain marketing assets, promotional materials, and brand consistency across all channels.
• Support lead generation initiatives and collaborate with the Sales team to nurture prospective clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
• Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
