- Source and engage linguists (translators, interpreters, reviewers, and specialists) across multiple language pairs
- Build and maintain pipelines for both high-volume and niche language requirements
- Use sourcing tools, job boards, and platforms like LinkedIn to identify passive candidates
- Conduct initial screening (experience, language proficiency, and fit)
- Partner with recruiters, project managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and databases
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for rare or hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in sourcing or recruitment (BPO, multilingual, or localization experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with language-related roles (translation, interpretation, localization)
- Comfortable using sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing for rare or less common language pairs
- Background in the localization or language services industry
- Multilingual ability
