- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand and document business processes
- Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs, workflows, and process narratives
- Document end-to-end processes covering merchant onboarding, implementation, account management, retention, and offboarding
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and People and Brand teams to validate documentation
- Support process improvement and business transformation initiatives
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, retail, or financial services is an advantage
- Proficient in process mapping and documentation tools
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and technical writing skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Process Documentation, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Quality Management
