- Manage and maintain accurate seller records and system encoding, ensuring information is complete, updated, and properly reflected across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate and process seller manpower movements, working with relevant teams to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes.
- Support seller onboarding and account management by handling access to the Seller Portal and CRF for new and existing sellers.
- Provide day-to-day help desk support for manpower-related concerns, assisting sellers and internal teams with inquiries, requests, and system-related issues.
- Work closely with different teams to resolve manpower and system concerns efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day seller administration.
- Support ad hoc assignments and special projects delegated by the immediate superior, ensuring that deliverables are completed efficiently and within the required timelines.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates accepted
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills
