Associate Warehouse Operations Manager  

Distribution & Logistics Management

1. Set distribution goals and plan/manage distribution operations to achieve them.
2. Identify resources, assign workloads, and provide assistance as needed.
3. Conduct training for team members as required.
4. Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
5. Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
6. Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
7. Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within budget limits.
9. Collaborate with warehouse and 3PL transportation staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
10. Oversee and track accounts receivables and collections.
11. Ensure that company transport vehicles are well-maintained.
12. Act as the Production Manager for Value-Added Services, including Secondary Repacking Activities.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
14. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions, and continuously improving department processes to maintain product and service quality
