Business Analysis
- Conduct requirements elicitation with clients via face-to-face or online meetings.
- Document business requirements, scope of work, feature mapping, product backlog, wireframes, process flows, and data dictionaries.
- Present documentation and findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide system solutions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project discussions to ensure alignment with SDLC practices.

- Reporting and Monitoring
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College degree holder and preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar course (Masters degree is a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation (client-facing, remote, and on-site).
- Proficiency in documenting BRD, SOW, Feature Mapping, Product Backlog, Wireframes, Process Flows, and Data Dictionaries. Familiarity with ClickUp and Balsamiq.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and articulate them effectively to clients and technical teams.
- Experience in providing actionable recommendations and working collaboratively with developers, QA, and other project teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Experience with Agile SDLC practices and familiarity with tools such as ClickUp to manage tasks and backlogs.
