- Assist the Buyers with all aspects of their role across administration, communication, reporting, data analysis and various other tasks
- Maintaining accurate merchandise databases and internal records.
- Supporting the internal departments by ensuring all data entry information is accurate, up to date and maintained.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of new product and maintain positive relationships at all times
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to provide product information for product catalogue, supporting marketing campaigns and in-store activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (plus point if you have a similar internship experience)
- Previous experience in a buying, merchandising, or administrative role within retail is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Proficient in using Google Workspace: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Presentation or Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP Systems such as Odoo / SAP
- Ability to work independently and willing to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Good command of both spoken and written English
