The Role

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a strong business acumen.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Actively participate in cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy and Implementation

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and meet market demands.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operational teams to align efforts and achieve goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for management.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Key Qualities We Look For

Key Skills : Business Development and Client Management

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in business development, client management, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).

Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is a plus.
