- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales pitches and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in sales or a related role, preferably in trading industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and conferences.
