NetSuite Technical Developer with Solution Architecture Experience  

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Technical Developer with a strong background in Solution Architecture to join our dynamic team.
This is a fully remote position.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in NetSuite to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions that align with our business needs. You will also analyze existing systems and create strategic solutions to enhance our use of NetSuite in a scalable and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

✅ NetSuite Development & Customization:

• Develop custom solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, 3rd-party tools)
• Configure key NetSuite modules (Financials, Order Management, Procurement, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve customization and integration issues

✅ Solution Architecture:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose NetSuite-based solutions
• Design and document system architecture, data flows, and integrations
• Lead the design of scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions
• Ensure alignment of NetSuite implementations with organizational goals

✅ Collaboration & Project Management:

• Lead technical discussions and support project planning with PMs
• Mentor junior developers and ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle

✅ Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with the latest NetSuite features and best practices
• Drive adoption of best practices in architecture and development
• Perform code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and security

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SuiteScript (2.0/1.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBundler
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP configuration, customization, and integration
• Familiar with REST, SOAP, JavaScript, HTML, XML
• Experience with SQL/MySQL and database querying

Solution Architecture:

• Experience designing complex, enterprise-grade solutions using NetSuite
• Deep knowledge of integration tools, middleware, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with architecture for scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Independent and collaborative team player with strong time management

Preferred:

• NetSuite Certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation)
• Experience with cloud-based architecture
• Background in manufacturing, retail, or eCommerce industries
