- Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and supporting documents
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Monitor project-based billing, revenue recognition, and cost allocation related to IT consulting projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, HR, and operations) regarding financial matters
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Assist in external audits and tax reporting when required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting (experience in IT consulting or service industry is a plus)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiar with project-based accounting and invoicing is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Odoo, or similar systems)
- Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT consulting environment
