Job Description: Production (Intern)
 Support the Production Team in collating all budget requests with cost estimates and liquidation
documents
 Check if all submitted documents are correct
 Upload documents on Fyle
 Inform the Budget Requestors if documents have been successfully uploaded on Fyle, send the
Accounts Receivables ID to the Budget Requesters or the Production in charge of the project
(Budget Requestors are still required to follow up with Finance and Admin if funds have been
successfully transferred)
 Help in drafting contracts for external manpower and talents
 Help in looking for additional suppliers talents and other necessary Production requirements
