Product Specialist  

About the Job

The Product Specialist is expected to mainly handle a specific IVD (In-vitro diagnostic) product line and oversee the lifecycle, strategy plans, marketing, and inventory management of the line’s products. Additionally, the Product Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance, conducts lead generation and engagement, forms and strengthens relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers, and oversees sales targets and its achievement. This role is open to individuals who are fresh graduates in medical-related fields of study, effective communicators, and are highly meticulous and efficient.

Work Arrangements and Other Details

• Job Level: Entry-level
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Working Days: Mondays to Fridays (8:00-17:00)
• Location: Metro Manila (Office: Quezon City)

Qualifications & Skills

• Open to fresh graduates, preferably individuals who have at least 1-2 years’ experience in the IVD market.
• Must be a graduate of any relevant science/ bachelor’s degree (Medical background, Medical Technologist, biology, pharmacy, Nursing, etc...)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)
• Competent in product handling and management, strategic selling, business planning and operation.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Must have strong attention to detail and be highly meticulous.
• Must be highly efficient, tenacious, and have a tough mentality.
• Proficient in productivity tools (Microsoft Office, proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Canva is a plus).
