- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Manage and maintain existing Google Sheets and Excel reports
- Build and update dashboards and reports
- Handle data extracts from Jira, Zendesk, and HubSpot
- Create and manage complex formulas and data models
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in data/reporting roles
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas)
- Experience managing existing spreadsheets and large datasets
- Familiar with data exports from Jira, Zendesk, and HubSpot
- Knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Open to full onsite work arrangement
- Available for project-based engagement
