Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Management

• Ensuring accurate product descriptions, labeling, shelf-life declarations, and certificate of analysis (COA) documentation align with local importation laws.

Critical Agency Liaison

• Securing immediate clearances from specialized regulatory bodies like the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), alongside standard Bureau of Customs (BOC).

Perishable & High-Volume Logistics

• Prioritizing cold-chain or time-critical shipments to prevent detention fees and inventory stockouts in retail stores.

The Liaison Officer plays a vital role in executing & managing the international trade operations of the company. This role is responsible for handling the logistics of importing and exporting goods, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and streamlining the supply chain process to maximize efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Industry Background

• 2 to 4 years of supply chain or customs documentation experience specifically within a multinational or local FMCG environment (e.g., food, beverage, cosmetics, personal care).

Specialized Knowledge

• Proficiency in tariff classifications for consumer goods, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), and familiarity with Philippine business laws and government processes.
