A project manager outlines the need for a professional to plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope, by coordinating resources, managing risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and project teams. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and goals, creating schedules, managing budgets, overseeing resource allocation, mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Budget Management:

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Progress Monitoring:

Track project progress against milestones, identify issues, and implement solutions to overcome obstacles.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation using appropriate tools and processes.

Project Planning:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Team & Resource Management:

Lead and motivate project teams, allocate tasks, and manage human and material resources effectively.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and roadblocks to keep the project on track.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Education

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in a specific engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, civil, computer) is the foundational requirement.

Experience

Engineering Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of site experience in the specific engineering field related to the projects being managed is essential.

Project Management Experience:

Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience in managing projects, including project planning, scheduling, and team leadership, is crucial.

Skills

Leadership & Communication:

The ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage personnel.

Organization & Scheduling:

Strong organizational skills are needed for scheduling, data management, and tracking project progress.

Problem-Solving:

The capacity to make timely, effective decisions to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).

Analytical & Mathematical Skills:

For tasks like budgeting and cost analysis, strong analytical and mathematical abilities are necessary.

Professional Licensure:

A professional engineering license is required.

Others:

Willing to do site inspections and is available 24/7, in emergency situations or as needed.
