- Manage and maintain relationships with branded partners to support business plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Identify and acquire new branded partners, particularly within the Fresh & Frozen categories.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end campaigns and promotional initiatives with partners.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Campaign, Ads, and other cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and execution.
- Analyze internal data and market insights to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and partner activities to ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Support ongoing partnership initiatives and other ad hoc projects as the team continues to grow and evolve.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing partnerships with brands, vendors, or business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and priorities.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership beyond the assigned scope.
- Experience in campaign or promotional management is a plus.
- Experience working with Fresh & Frozen products is a plus.
- Experience in Retail or FMCG is a plus.
