- Develop and implement promotional strategies aligned with campaign objectives, market trends, and Fresh category growth targets.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform effective promotional tactics.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize integrated promotional campaigns using relevant promotional engine tools to drive business results.
- Track key campaign metrics such as sales lift, ROI, and repeat purchase rate, and provide actionable performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Category Marketing, GTM Campaign, Commercial, Product, Growth, Ad Solutions, and CRM teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize promotional performance and ensure cost-efficient execution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in planning and implementing price promotions with a proven track record of delivering growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including ability to build formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with promotional engine tools and platforms, or ability to quickly learn marketing technology tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
