- Develop, manage, and implement Brand Communication Strategy
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement effective communication strategies aligned with the company's target audience
- Seek opportunities to enhance brand reputation and coordinate public events as needed
- Creating and managing external and internal events to boost branding and sales
- Coordinating with internal and external function regarding event concept and implementation (production, programme, sales etc)
- Preparing and managing creative and promotional assets for events (merchandise, advertorial collateral, booth)
- Training and managing sales team (internal/external)
- Reporting and creating analysis event performance insight
- Build and maintain effective relationships with journalists, vendors, sponsors, etc
- Address and escalate conflicts to management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or any related fields
- Fresh Graduates or 2 years of work experience
- Flexible and easy to adapt
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills in order to communicate effectively
- Proven ability to organize and execute successful events
