This role will be trained to oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are met while supporting continuous improvement, people management, health and safety compliance, performance monitoring, and projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Engineering course or BS Customs Administration (preferably licensed)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other data analytics tools
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to different office locations and work extended hours as needed
