Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Ensure continuous functionality of email, internet, ERP systems, and data programs, including regular backups. Work with cross-functional teams to align business needs with effective ERP system configurations. Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with third-party vendors when needed, while developing tools to streamline workflows and creating documentation to educate users on system use and best practices.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in system administration, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ensuring system reliability and security.
