Over the past four years, we have approximately doubled in size each year. Today we manage more than 8,000 apartment homes and employ more than 230 team members across the United States and the Philippines.

A key part of our success is Tagumpay, our Philippines-based operations team. What began as a small support group has grown into a strategic organization supporting resident communications, leasing, administration, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

We are committed to continued growth in the Philippines and are looking for a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager to help build the next chapter of that growth.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role combining recruiting, people operations, employee support, and process improvement.

You will work closely with leaders in both the US and Philippines to attract, hire, onboard, and support exceptional talent.

While this role is expected to grow into a leadership position over time, the successful candidate will initially execute recruiting and HR processes directly while helping build scalable systems for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead recruiting for Philippines-based positions
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Conduct phone and video interviews
  • Coordinate hiring processes and candidate communications
  • Prepare offers and hiring documentation
  • Maintain recruiting records and reporting
  • Support selected recruiting efforts for US-based roles
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

People Operations

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
  • Support employee lifecycle processes
  • Respond to employee questions and requests
  • Assist with performance reviews and engagement initiatives
  • Support training and leadership development efforts
  • Help create a positive employee experience

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and reporting
  • Assist with compliance requirements
  • Prepare workforce and recruiting reports
  • Create and maintain process documentation

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or people operations
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience interviewing candidates
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong judgment and discretion
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred

  • Experience supporting US-based organizations
  • Experience in BPO, shared services, technology, or high-growth environments
  • Experience with modern recruiting or HR systems
  • Familiarity with Philippine employment practices
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
