- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Manage performance evaluation processes and support employee development
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and payroll coordination
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
- Lead or support training programs, engagement initiatives, and policy updates

Qualifications:
✔ Must be a resident of Palawan
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR management or any related field
✔ 2–3 years of HR experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✔ Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
✔ HR certifications are a plus
