Function 1 & 2 : Increase revenue & promote the Laser Tag Franchise
Sales Location: BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila
Territory: Nationwide (possibly other Asian markets)
Role Summary:
Drive growth in the existing store in BGC through smart marketing and sales (advise on social media marketing strategies, seal corporate partnerships, suggest growth areas, etc..).
Sell franchise units by sourcing, qualifying, and closing new franchisees, while guiding prospects through the franchise discovery process. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective onboarding and successful market entry.
Pipeline Generation:
Utilize outbound strategies (cold outreach, events, referrals, brokers) and nurture inbound leads.
Develop comprehensive territory plans, target lists, and multi-touch campaigns.
Maintain CRM hygiene, lead scoring, and forecasting for the sales funnel.
Franchise Sales Process:
Conduct discovery calls and financial fit assessments to qualify buyers.
Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and ROI narratives regarding unit economics.
Coordinate the distribution of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD) and track compliance acknowledgments.
Organize discovery days, site visits, and meetings with potential franchisee leadership.
Negotiate terms within established parameters, driving execution of Letters of Intent (LOI) and franchise agreements.
Function 2: Promote Drone Education & Drone Racing Programs
Role Responsibilities:
Implement and launch an engaging drone education program targeting children and teenagers, with the help of the existing program of our drone supplier.
Organize turnkey drone racing events in malls and private schools to boost revenue and enhance brand visibility.
Establish strategic partnerships with retailers to promote and sell drones.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Experience:
5–8+ years in franchise sales or multi-unit development, particularly in F&B, fitness, edu-tainment, or leisure, showcasing a proven record in closing multi-site deals and achieving annual revenue/new unit targets.
Commercial Acumen:
Strong financial modeling skills (unit economics, payback, IRR), territory planning expertise, effective pipeline management, and contract negotiation experience within FDD/compliance frameworks.
Sales Skills:
Proficient in consultative selling, C-suite presentations, objection handling, and orchestrating deals from discovery to agreement; adept in CRM use (HubSpot/Salesforce) with a focus on data-driven forecasting.
Network & Market Knowledge:
Established relationships with industry brokers, landlords, developers, and SME investors; knowledgeable about retail real estate dynamics, mall operations, and trends in family entertainment.
Communication:
Exceptional storyteller with the ability to craft compelling ROI narratives, proposals, and pitch decks; possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Personal Traits:
Motivated "hunter" mentality, resilient, proactive, disciplined in follow-through, ethical, and willing to travel for evening and weekend events as needed
