External Relations Supervisor | Olongapo  

Will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the corporation secures and obtains all applicable permits and licenses to conduct its business, comply with all filings and submissions of reports with the different government agencies and local government units having jurisdiction over the corporation. He/ she will also be responsible for achieving the goal of the company to be the neighbor of choice in the areas of operations by fostering harmonious relationships with stakeholders.

• Represents the liaison department in public consultations, meetings, and forums.
• Coordinates with various agencies such as NCIP, DENR, and LGUs for the acquisition of the permits required for existing plants.
• Facilitates the acquisition of land for plant expansion projects including temporary facilities needed during the construction phase.
• Attends to complaints and problems encountered in the field.
• Negotiates with landowners regarding complaints aired by internal and external customers directly or indirectly affected by the project/ power plant and its system.
• Analyzes complaints, petitions, and/or requests affecting the existing plants; and facilitates internal meetings for the speedy resolution of concerns.
• Coordinates with the concerned governmental offices, officials, and personnel the complaints and problems affecting the project implementation or plant operations.
• Facilitates and negotiates for the renewal of Lease Contracts.
• Facilitates the mortgage registration of all Lease Contracts as maybe required by the lenders.
• Coordinates with government entities concerned (i.e. required inspections for permits and clearance purposes).
• Coordinates with other departments for the necessary information or assistance required for the preparation and processing of permits and clearances and/or for the early resolution of complaints and problems.
• Provides continuous service to host communities (attend special events).

• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder; Preferably a postgraduate degree holder
• With background and experience in project management and program implementation experience
• With at least two (2) years of leadership experience
• With at least three (3) years of related work experience, preferably in power industry
