The Junior Sales Manager supports the Sales Team in achieving sales goals by managing accounts, tracking sales data, assisting with customer inquiries, and developing product knowledge. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, this role provides hands-on experience in sales, relationship management, and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Monitoring: Track and monitor sales performance for multiple branches to ensure sales targets are met.
- Quota Management: Work with the Sales Manager to ensure each branch meets its monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Inventory Management: Allocate stock to branches based on sales forecasts, performance, and demand trends.
- Sales Reports: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for the Sales Manager and upper management.
- Branch Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for branch managers to resolve sales or inventory-related issues.
- Sales Forecasting: Assist in analyzing sales data to create accurate forecasts and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback from branches to improve products or sales strategies.
- Training & Support: Support branch sales teams by providing product knowledge, training, and materials as needed.
- Data Analysis: Use sales software to track sales metrics and generate reports.
- Stock Replenishment: Ensure timely replenishment of stock for all branches based on sales data and stock levels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on sales trends and industry best practices.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the Sales Manager with other tasks as needed, such as customer relationship management and sales events.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or distribution environment. OPEN to Fresh Grads with internship experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales tracking software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Not required but the ff. are a plus
- Previous experience in Sales or Marketing. Experience with sales forecasting and quota management , project and event management
- Knowledge of retail industry trends.
- Has a love for Toys and Fun
