As Director of Business Development with IT Solutions at YONDU INC.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion within the IT solutions market. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions to our clients.
- What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand YONDU INC.'s customer base
- Proactively identify and qualify prospective clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored IT solutions
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are favourable to the company
- Maintain and manage key client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and improve service offerings
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall business strategy
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in new business development, preferably within the IT solutions industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing complex deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Thorough understanding of the IT solutions market, trends, and competitive landscape
