UI/UX Designer  

• Collaborates with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualizes original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Collaborates with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Provides user experience and design guidance to 3rd-party design teams. Work with 3rd-party design teams and assesses 3rd-party designed interfaces
• Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualizes original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Presents and defends designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Plans and conducts user research, user testing, and evaluates user feedback.
• Ensures that approved prototypes are followed by implementing fidelity checks during and/or after development.
• Promotes design usability guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Mentors junior team members regarding UI/UX design.
• Other job-related activities may be assigned from time to time.

• UI Testing (UAT and bug reporting)
• Art card creation (onboarding tutorial graphics for digital touchpoints)
• Short how-to videos (onboarding tutorial motion graphics for digital touchpoints)
