We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Officer to join our company. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth.
- Generate new leads and prospects to close sales.
- Build positive, long-term relationships to ensure client retention and business growth.
- Maintain frequent communication, provide excellent support, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Draft tailored contracts and proposals for potential clients.
- Conduct engaging product presentations.
- Work with cross-functional teams.
- Escalate and discuss complex client issues with management for timely resolution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- One year of experience in Sales.
- A high aptitude for learning and professional growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals.
- Skilled in using business application software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Willing to work onsite at least 3x/ week
