- Prepares collection report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to be submitted to the CRMU head arising from transactions made by the UI and UFII group of Companies.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute effective collection from past due client/s from 61 days DPD to delinquent status.
- Prepares and serves debt collection notice/s.
- Personal service of Final Demand and court summons to the known address of the past due client/s or defendants.
- Recommend and prepare restructuring, repackaging, and a compromise agreement.
- Conducts skip tracing, desk and field work, phone and email follow-ups.
- Assess and recommend to the CRMU Head to issue collection notices or other correspondence necessary to ensure collection from past due and delinquent accounts. 8. Request Statement of Accounts on collection matters from accounting.
- Prepares statement of Accounts, computation of penalties, and additional interest for past due accounts.
- Prepare endorsement of delinquent accounts to collection agencies and evaluate their collection performance to ensure all efforts are exerted to recover bad debts.
- .Incharge of the accredited collection agencies' weekly report and performance.
- Monitors, inspects, and ensures upkeep and overall maintenance of acquired assets and their improvements, such as but not limited to the ff: real estate, vehicles, office furniture & equipment, and handles payment of their respective taxes and other fees
- Prepares and submits an approved list of past due clients to mandated credit management bureaus.
- Assist internal and/or external legal counsels and law enforcers in supplying information and documents, enforce foreclosure and garnishment proceedings, and/or extend whatever possible assistance may be needed to ensure collection from delinquent accounts
- Conducts Title verification, trace back, title, and tax declaration search with the Registry of Deeds and the Assessors' office for asset checking and recovery.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the CRMU Head from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4 year course
- With experience as a staff/associate of a credit & collection job for at least one (2) year, able to operate a motorcycle, and has a valid driver's license with restriction code no. 1.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
