Locate and notify customers of outstanding/delinquent accounts by telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment. Duties include:
- receiving payment and posting amount to customer’s account
- preparing statements to credit department if a customer fails to respond
- keeping records of collection and status of accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate or a degree in business/accounting is preferred
- 3-5 years in collection and receivables
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic
- MS Excel and Words proficient
- Can perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as sorting and managing files and records, etc.
- Ability to drive motorcycle is a must
- Honest and personable character
