- Drive B2B Sales by connecting with companies and decision-makers.
- Sell Corporate Salary Loan Programs tailored to each client's needs.
- Act as trusted advisor, breaking down financial solutions in a clear and helpful manner.
- Spot new opportunities, create sales strategies, and turn ideas to results.
- Hit targets for new business and account renewals, while keeping client relationship strong.
- Explore and grow business in new and untapped industries.
- Build long term partnerships based on trust, value and results.
- Handle full sales cycle, including:
- Prospecting and Pitching
- Client Meetings and Presentations
- Negotiation and Closing
- Program Set-up and Roll-out
- Client Support and Renewal
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Atleast 5 years experience in sales, client management, or any related role.
- Background in banking, financial servcies and B2B sales is a plus.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your accounts end-to-end.
- Relationship builder who knows how to keep clients coming back.
