A Project Manager is responsible for facilitating communication between clients and the creative team, ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects. This role involves hosting creative kick-off calls, communicating with clients, tracking project status, managing resources, and resolving conflicts to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, strong critical thinking skills, and a flexible approach to problem solving. Time Adjustments & Work Schedule: Expected Working Hours: 7am-3pm PST (11pm-7am PHT). Monday-Friday PST Duties/Responsibilities: Client Communication Communicating directly with the client regarding creative project updates. Host creative kick-off calls between the client and creative team. Serve as liaison between the client and creative team regarding creative project updates. Build relationships with clients within your project portfolio. Project Facilitation Coordinating on-time delivery of all aspects of successful creative projects. Creative project task setup and deployment. Providing coordination and decision support of multiple team members assigned to a project. Tracking, reporting, and managing status from multiple team members on multiple projects. Ensuring that all staff involved on assigned projects are coordinated in an effective way. Identifying and resolving conflicts and issues through operational risk management. Providing timely, relevant, and accurate information to enable effective decision-making at all levels. Managing creative project performance targets of project scope, objectives, checkpoints, and budget. Managing resource availability to avoid under/over-allocation. Ensuring that all assigned projects deliver desired benefits on time and within scope. Facilitating the development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress against key milestones. Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Required Skills/Abilities: Professional and positive approach. Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal. Trainers are expected to engage both new and current designers to plan time and activities to ensure the achievement of SG Interactive’s established goals and objectives within our design agency. Duties/Responsibilities: Create, manage and deliver new hire design training to ensure success in our Creative division. Create, maintain and deliver training documents that continue to support new hire design training. Identify opportunities and develop and implement ‘Training Action Plans’. Develop monthly, weekly and daily execution plans. Discover any opportunities in our Creative department based on metrics, feedback and performance. Develop improved training collateral and methodologies to drive improved performance within the Creative team. Act as a point of contact for multiple departments to drive performance and support any training initiative. Serve as an information resource for, and liaison between, the field and the SG Interactive’s management by communicating issues, opportunities and market intelligence through effective written, electronic and verbal means. Required Skills and Abilities: Fluent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint processes, tools and techniques. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator and Photoshop). Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and objection handling skills. Prior experience and knowledge of an agency is desirable. Ability to work with management and colleagues throughout the business and industry at every level. Must have excellent attention to detail. Must be an entrepreneurial self-starter, ambitious, accountable, and action-oriented. Willing to work on shifting schedule.
