Producer  

Creative Handling:

• Creating compelling and visually striking films that engage and entertain audiences
• Overseeing the post-production process, including editing, sound design, and visual effects.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies in order to stay competitive and bring innovative ideas to projects.
• Maintaining the safety and wellbeing of the cast and crew on set, and ensure that all production practices are in compliance with industry regulations
• Creating and developing engaging and innovative content for a variety of media platforms, including film, television, and streaming services
• Managing budgets, schedules, and other logistics to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Working closely with cinematographers and other crew members to create visually striking and aesthetically pleasing shows.
• Mentoring and guiding junior members of the team, helping them develop their skills and grow as professionals.
• Communicating effectively with writers, actors, and crew members, to ensure projects run smoothly and meet all deadlines and requirements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing productions
  • Responsible for creating a plan for how the production will come together, including scheduling rehearsals, casting actors, and coordinating with the technical team.
• Collaborating with the creative team
  • Works closely with the writers, designers, and other creative professionals to ensure that the production meets the artistic vision of the team.
• Communicating with the cast and crew
  • Director serves as a leader and communicator, making sure that everyone involved in the production is on the same page and working towards a common goal.
• Managing budgets and resources
  • Responsible for managing the production budget and ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Making artistic decisions
  • Director has the final say on all creative decisions, including which actors are cast, how scenes are staged.
• Overseeing all aspects of production
  • Responsible for overseeing every aspect of the production, from rehearsals to final performances, and making sure that everything runs smoothly.
• Creating a vision for the production
  • Responsible for creating a clear vision for the production and communicating that vision to the rest of the creative team. This includes deciding on the overall aesthetic and tone of the production, as well as determining the direction and pacing of the performance.
• Managing the technical aspects of the production
  • Works with the lighting, sound, and set design teams to create the overall look and feel of the production. They may give specific instructions on how to light certain scenes or how to use sound effects and music to enhance the performance.

• Graduate of any 4 years course preferably Communications, Film, Arts, or the likes.
• At least 3 years experience in working on a production set, preferably for television, film, or advertising.
• Has experience in directing short films.
• Has industry knowledge and technical expertise.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Profound understanding of video production principles and aesthetics.
• Has a keen eye in production design and cinematography.
• Can effectively communicate concepts and ideas especially to clients.
• Familiarity with offline and online video editing
• Willing to work onsite at our Stronghold office in Xavierville, Quezon City.
