About the role
Remedy Skintech, Inc. is seeking a high service level PR & Partnership Associate to join our dynamic team in our Makati City office. You will be responsible for managing and executing influencer campaigns and initiatives and establish PR relations that will improve brand credibility and community reach via strategic partnerships.
What you'll be doing
- Grow and build strong relationships with value-adding influencers and Brand Ambassadors.
- Collaborates with agencies, KOLs, PR, and Media to expand and grow the company’s brand credibility.
- Collaborates with clinic operations and creative team, ensuring the best experience for brand ambassadors and utilization of media assets.
- Monitors execution of influencer contracts/agreements.
- Manage influencers’ outcomes for all marketing campaigns and on all digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Maintains up-to-date contacts of lifestyle, beauty, and wellness editors
- Monitors social media mentions and forum boards for negative feedback regarding clinic services or doctor behavior, and reports relevant issues for brand image management.
- End-to-end event execution/experiential marketing for brand launches (ex: guest list drafting, PR kit creation, coordination of logistics, etc).
- Draft and process Talent Agreements, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) documents, and ex-deal contracts for influencers in collaboration with the legal team
- Create monthly reports using analytics tools and channel insights, and provide regular updates to the Brand Marketing Manager on trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable strategies and recommendations
- Ensure timely delivery of all PR initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align plans with overall business objectives.
- Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate: Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Business Studies/Management, or related
- 2 years of relevant work experience in PR or Partnerships
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience working for an agency or the beauty/wellness/aesthetic industry is an advantage
