About Unify 360: Unify360 is an AI-powered marketing and communications platform built specifically for the home services industry. We help businesses centralize leads, manage their online reputation, and accelerate growth through intelligent automation.
We are a small, fast-moving startup team of five building a product that makes a real impact. As we scale, we are looking for a highly capable operator who can own everything outside of software development and product engineering.
Job Description: The Growth & Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing all non-technical, client-facing, and operational aspects of the business. This role is responsible for managing marketing execution, client communications, day-to-day operations, and internal coordination to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently without requiring involvement from the CTO.
We are looking for a proactive, highly accountable individual who takes initiative, identifies gaps, and ensures execution and follow-through across the organization.
The ideal candidate has exceptionally high standards for quality, branding, execution, and customer experience. You should consistently benchmark against top competitors and strive to ensure Unify360’s brand voice, website, marketing materials, and customer-facing assets meet or exceed industry standards. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation in a fast-paced startup environment is essential.
Marketing Growth Execution:
- Own execution and accuracy of all marketing outputs including newsletters, social media content, and campaigns
- Ensure messaging, branding, and positioning are consistent and aligned with product updates
- Maintain a high standard of quality across all marketing and customer-facing materials
- Review and approve marketing materials before publication
- Continuously evaluate competitors and industry leaders to improve Unify360’s brand presence, messaging, and presentation quality
- Monitor website content and ensure all information (features, pricing, messaging) is accurate and up to date
- Ensure the website experience, visual presentation, and communication standards reflect a premium and professional SaaS brand
- Support creation and maintenance of sales decks, one-pagers, and client-facing materials
Operations Ownership:
- Act as the central owner of all non-technical operational workflows
- Identify gaps in processes and implement scalable improvements
- Ensure cross-team alignment and collaboration between other departments, and product updates
- Maintain operational clarity in a fast-changing environment
Client Support & Coordination:
- Directly oversee the support function (tickets, onboarding, demos, and client communications)
- Serve as the escalation point for all non-technical client issues
- Ensure support operations are efficient, consistent, and well-documented
- Coordinate closely with software for bug reports and feature requests
Execution Leadership:
- Act as the “execution layer” of the business, ensuring ideas become action
- Proactively identify issues before they are escalated
- Reduce operational load by owning day-to-day business execution
- Drive clarity, accountability, and speed across marketing and operations
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Filipino candidates
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, operations, growth, or marketing leadership roles
- Strong background in startup environments or early-stage companies (Start up Director-level or equivalent experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage both marketing execution and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, quality control, and customer-facing presentation standards
- Experience working closely with technical founders or engineering teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and growth operations
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and ownership mindset
- Highly proactive, structured, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
- Strong eye for quality, presentation, consistency, and user experience
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Worked at a startup company before a plus!
- Understanding digital marketing is a plus!
- Previous graveyard or EST work experience preferred.
- Must be able to work for 8 hours, Monday-Friday EST.
Must have the following:
- Own computer unit and backup;
- Stable postpaid internet connection and backup;
