- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and handover.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Coordinate internal technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets scope, schedule, and quality targets.
- Oversee infrastructure implementation including servers, networks, security systems, data centers, and cloud environments.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Provide regular project progress reports to management and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business/client stakeholders.
- Ensure proper and complete project documentation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead in IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, and security).
- Proven experience managing multi-team and multi-vendor projects.
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experienced in using project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
