Business Analyst  

Plan and conduct meetings to identify and gather business requirements.

Analyze the business model to define project scope and objectives.

Review and evaluate system requirements and user needs.

Interpret business rules and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Design functional systems and user flows.

Bridge communication between business users and the development team.

Document business processes, requirements, and system specifications.

Assist developers in translating functional designs into working software.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Scrum methodology.

Familiar with query scripting, especially in Microsoft SQL Server.

Able to make decisions, manage projects, and develop implementation plans.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
