- Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions.
- Design and develop solution architectures based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Work closely with Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams to develop feasible and competitive solutions.
- Support technical discussions, clarification sessions, and tender processes.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, or a related role.
- Experience in client-facing and consultative solution development.
- Broad understanding of enterprise IT, with exposure to areas such as infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and solution architecture.
- Experience supporting product demonstrations, POCs, or technical validations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
- Fast learner, resilient, adaptable, proactive, disciplined, and eager to grow.
