Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and ensure proper implementation of accounting policies
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Perform consolidation of group financial data and coordinate with subsidiaries and related entities
- Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and closing schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with external parties, including banks, auditors, and consultants, for reporting and audit purposes
- Supervise and develop the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in Big Four to Big Ten public accounting firms
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and consolidation
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency (HSK 1–2) is preferred
- Willing to work full-time as assigned by the company
