- Drive strategic growth and improve efficiency through the implementation of digital technology solutions.
- Analyze market trends and the latest technology developments.
- Develop ideas and innovations, and gather input from business users regarding digital transformation opportunities.
- Design comprehensive functional solutions that integrate business requirements with appropriate technologies.
- Develop mockups and conduct pilot testing prior to full-scale implementation.
- Communicate progress and digital transformation strategies to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
- Ensure smooth adoption and utilization of newly implemented technologies.
- Evaluate the performance, quality, and overall effectiveness of digital technology solutions in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Think Tank, Planning and Strategic Development, or Research and Development roles.
- Experience across multiple industries is required; background in the property or real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in design conceptualization, digital technology adoption, and value-added analysis to drive meaningful business impact.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering at least three development projects or digital initiatives end-to-end.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Solid knowledge and general understanding of business principles and practices.
