- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and proposals.
- Communicate incident details, root causes, and resolution plans to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Assess existing IT services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively recommend new technologies and solutions that create business value.
- Manage customer relationships, communications, and expectations.
- Monitor and coordinate IT service delivery to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5+ years in IT Service, Project, or Product Management
- Strong knowledge of applications, infrastructure, and SDLC.
- Familiar with SQL, databases, and programming concepts.
- Able to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
- Presales consultant experience is preferred.
