We are looking for a driven and dynamic US Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate has proven recruitment experience, thrives in a high-performance environment, and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Conduct interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to deliver an excellent recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience supporting the US region.
- Proven sourcing experience across various platforms and channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term candidate relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven, high-performance environment.
- Positive, team-oriented, and accountable.
- Energetic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be willing to complete full onsite training (including implementation period) at any PSG workspace (Ayala Avenue–Makati, SM North EDSA, Mall of Asia, or Alabang), with a transition to a hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week) after training.
