What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter & Dart.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services.
- Optimize app performance and ensure seamless user experience across different devices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and fix bugs to ensure app stability and reliability.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile development and Flutter framework.
How Your Success is Measured:
- Development & Feature Implementation
- Features Delivered – Deliver at least X features per sprint/month.
- Bug Fixes – Resolve at least X bugs per sprint/month.
- Testing & Performance Optimization
- Unit Test Coverage – Maintain at least X% unit test coverage.
- Crash Rate – Keep crash rate below X% per month (measured using Firebase Crashlytics).
- User Engagement & Feedback
- App Rating – Maintain at least a 4.8-star rating on app stores.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Flutter: Proven experience in creating complex, - dynamic, and responsive cross-platform apps using Flutter.
- State Management: Proficiency in state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or Cubit.
- API Integration: Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS or Azure for deploying, managing, and scaling applications.
- Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing app performance, including memory management and rendering.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with setting up and maintaining continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Database Management: Knowledge of local and remote database solutions like SQLite, Hive, Sembast, or PostgreSQL.
- Version Control: Strong command of Git and Git-based workflows.
