- Determine and establish approved quantity and cost estimate targets on Land Development and Housing including but not limited to labor, subcontracts, materials, construction equipment, services, and facilities as the baseline for monitoring and measuring project performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain project budgets. Monitor project spending to ensure adherence to established budgets.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the financial viability of proposed projects and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Use historical data and trends to forecast future project costs, helping organizations plan for financial needs and avoid budget overruns.
- Review and evaluate proposals from consultants, suppliers, and contractors and prepare a recommendation for approval.
- Handle cascading of awarded bids, bid documents, bid references (suppliers), project details, key plan, and the scope of work to the Construction Management Group.
- Keeps contract and cost control documents inclusive of short-form agreements, requests for proposals, and definitive office estimates (DOE).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a license is an advantage but not required.
- Proven at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Cost Engineer or similar role
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other applications required in creating and submitting reports as well as project management tools
- Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Willing to start immediately in San Pablo City, Laguna
