1. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve or exceed the group annual sales target for the assigned territory.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and successfully execute major projects.
2. Personal Sales Goals
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets by managing and growing key personal accounts.
3. Team Collaboration and Project Management
- Partner with the technical team to ensure projects are profitable and meet or exceed target margins.
- Oversee and support the sales team's progress on ongoing projects, bids, and other sales activities.
4. Operational Support
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 3-4 years of Sales Management experience in the Construction Industry.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Has excellent collaboration and project management skills.
- Has strong initiative in improving business processes and office operations.
