Senior Finance Analyst CPA  

About the role

We are seeking a talented CPA - Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team at NCS Ph'. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial accounting and reporting processes, contributing to the overall financial success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
• Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis

• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification
• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
• Proficient in the use of financial reporting and analysis software, such as Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
• Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
